October Hair Favourites!

Since wearing my extensions, I’ve found that I’ve been buying and testing out loads of new hair products so I thought I’ll share with you guys some of my favourite ones! (Heads up: I purchased everything below from Boots!)
VO5 Give Me Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner

I love this stuff! My hair, especially the ends, needs loads of moisture when the weather turns and I’ve found that Give me Moisture really does what it says on the tin. I wash my hair once a week and co-wash (wash only using the conditioner) every other week and i’ve found that it makes my hair extremely soft and silky and so much easier to manage!
Loreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil

I am an advertiser’s dream. If I see a product or an advert on TV enough times, I’ll need to get it. So after seeing the Extraordinary Oil adverts, I convinced myself that I needed it in my life and so far, I am not disappointed! You can use this oil in different ways; you can use a bit before shampooing, before blow drying your hair or before you style your hair. I normally use this before blow-drying my hair and it leaves the hair feeling shiny without all the extra grease.
John Frieda Frizz- Ease Serum

The Frizz-Ease hair serum is a must have for all those who love their straight hair! I normally only straighten my hair about once a week (I love tousled hair!) so when I do, I apply one pump of the serum before-hand and then straighten. I love how it makes my hair ultra sleek without weighing it down and it also controls the amount of frizz I get too.
Kinky Curly Not Today Leave in Conditioner

This is the first time trying this particular brand and I wanted to try out the leave-in conditioner especially as i’d heard so many great things about it. Kinky Curly is a hair product company specifically aimed towards those with afro textured, or extremely curly/frizzy hair. The leave in conditioner eliminates tangles, leaving the hair softer and easier to style. I used to use Tresemme Naturals conditioner to detangle my hair but now that i’ve switched to Kinky Curly, I don’t think I’ll go back. At least not for a while!
