I’m back again with another video!

Today it’s a bit of a long one where I’m discussing the issue of body image and how to acquire confidence. Now, this video is a bit rambly and I basically could have said everything I had wanted to say in 10 minutes, but I’m still getting used to the whole video malarky so apologies!
